Sales Operations and Marketing Manager

Full Time London Edspace

The sales Operations & Marketing Manager will act as ‘the face of Edspace’, proactively engaging with potential clients and winning new business.

For new business you will continue to make Edspace a welcoming and fresh place to be, creating a value proposition beyond just desk hiring.

You will shape the way Edspace is marketed to new and existing partners by developing an innovative communication and PR strategy to ensure Edspace continues to be considered at the forefront of education innovation.

New Business

Build a robust process for lead generation, working alongside Emerge Education to develop and mine the right data to make informed choices on outbound leads

Engage in with ‘cold-calling’ techniques to spread the word and share the Edspace vision within education

Provide real-time visibility on the sales process and lead development using Hubspot

Ensure the inbound lead process (via social media and the website) are user friendly with minimal friction

Launch and optimise a lead retargeting strategy

Overall responsibility for the sales aggregator platforms (Hubble, Nomad etc)

Maintain an active relationship with other coworking spaces to ensure we form a strong connection with partners and are actively engaged in the coworking market and its development

Secure new business, both virtual and physical memberships and work to metrics and targets set by the Edspace MD

Conduct regular show-arounds


Sales Operations

Ensure all member invoicing is kept up to date

Optimise current systems and process to maintain a smooth onboarding process for new Members

Actively devise ways to up and cross sell products and services to existing Members



Responsible for the marketing calendar to ensure quality content is circulated through all channels

Website optimisation to position Edspace as a leading partner and ‘must have’ membership for members

Monitor and respond to inbound website enquires, delegating where necessary

Overall ownership of the social media channels, channel spend, ROI and reach

Build up an events calendar for targeting new business outside of education start-ups (schools, educators, government and policy contacts)

Research and develop other forms of funding, including grants, bids and sponsorship opportunities
