We’re looking for someone to manage, grow and deliver our organic/ paid marketing lead generation goals.
Working closely with our Marketing Head and Community Manager, you will:
Create marketing concepts to attract customers and partners
Execute campaigns, creating visual and written content for our print, web and social channels
Populate our website with events, pictures, testimonials and blog posts
Run Social Media activities
Run online user acquisition activities; optimise conversion
Manage lead and customer databases
Help produce reports, using analytics tools to showcase the worst/best performing campaigns and how to optimise the budgets
Outstanding communication skills, preferably a native English speaker
Basic knowledge of Marketing, Growth Hacking, Tech Marketing and Social Media
Proficient in basic computer programmes, including Office, WordPress and Photoshop/Illustrator
Some customer service experience
Organised, reliable and attentive to deadlines
South London based (ideally) or easy commute to Croydon

Please note: This is a hands-on role and you need to be happy wearing multiple hats. As TMRW is a client-facing business, we are looking for someone who is friendly and good with people. Customer service skills will be a plus.
