We are looking for a customer service superhero to join our management team; ensure our coworking and event spaces run like a dream, keep our clients happy at all times and be the “face of TMRW“!
Ensure our space is fully functioning, clean and organised
Ensure that all supplies – whether coffee or stationery – are ordered and replenished
Assist our Community Manager in handling access cards, mail, lost and found objects, etc.
Manage and instruct our cleaning team
Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance work
Manage and improve our security processes
Deliver events for our Community and space hire clients:
Assist the Events Manager in the preparation of events hosted at TMRW
Work alongside our Community Manager to deliver events that will make our community grow and thrive
Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service, set up, break down of events, meetings, workshops, and classes based on event bookings and guest needs.
Proficient in basic computer programmes, including MS Office
Some event/operations experience
Attentive to detail, resourceful and a proud problem solver
Very organised and reliable
Strong customer service mentality
South London based (ideally) or easy commute to Croydon
