COMMUNITY MANAGER

Full Time LONDON The Workers League

The Position:

We are on the hunt for an organised & enthusiastic Community Manager for our new workspaces in Blackheath.

 

The Location: TWL Blackheath is based in the heart of lovely Blackheath Village.

 

 

Responsibilities:

You will be the key point of contact for all our members handling their day to day requirements.
You will get to know each member – what they do & what they are looking for out of their time at TWL. You’ll be the best-placed person in the company to know how our members are feeling, and you’ll use their feedback (and your brilliantly creative mind:)) to think up new ways to improve our space, events and community.
Keep Our Operations moving. Operations are the bedrock of this role and the small things really do matter. You keep the standards high, everything in its place exactly where members need it, when they need it. You’re proud to run a space that looks great.
You will be tech savvy and able to troubleshoot with our tech team any issues with our app.
You will do tours of the spaces to potential new members.
You will plan, promote and host weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual events for members.
You will work alongside the TWL marketing team with sourcing content for social media and the website
Keep up to date with admin duties (sending out invoices/contracts/notices)
Order weekly consumables for the workspace(s) within the prescribed budget.
Maintaining a set % member occupancy of your building(s)

 

 

Requirements: You need to have …

Operational Expertise. With so many plates in the air, we need someone with proven experience in operations. You’re naturally resourceful with ninja abilities to solve the challenges that occur.
Passion for people.  This is people-facing role with you as the key point of contact for our members in Blackheath.  It’s about building relationships with our members, about seeing connections and opportunities for them, about getting to the bottom of what they want and delivering it to them with warmth, generosity and 5-star service.  Previous work experience in hospitality or other customer-facing roles is essential.
You will have a passion for entrepreneurs & entrepreneurial communities.

The Pay Range:

· The pay range we’re offering is £25k – £27k based on experience.
